Description
Highly qualified mechanical patent attorney with an educational and/or industry background in textile technology is preferred.
Requirments
Candidate must have at least 3 years of relevant patent experience and be able to demonstrate experience in preparing and prosecuting U.S. and foreign patent applications, reexaminations, counseling, freedom to operate analyses, invalidity and non-infringement opinions. Candidate should be admitted to practice law before the USPTO and admitted to the North Carolina bar.
